This pig pickin' cake​ is a true Southern classic. The recipe features a yellow cake mix, mandarin oranges, and a light, refreshing pineapple frosting. The cake gets its unique name from "pig pickin's," a Southern barbecue tradition. During these gatherings, a whole pig is roasted for a communal celebration.
