National Beer Day is tomorrow, and we're celebrating by sharing some of our favorite recipes that highlight beer's diverse flavors. We've got you covered with everything from a chocolate stout milkshake topped with bacon crumbles to a steamed mussels dish that uses a Belgian-style beer. Yum!

First, you should know that I very much enjoy craft beer. I actually have a few boxes in my pantry dedicated solely to beer hauls from my favorite breweries. (I'm looking at you Kane Brewing, Hill Farmstead, and Flying Machine.) It's everything from the rich and deep notes of a bourbon-barrel aged stout, to the light and fruity nature of a sour that appeals to me.

To start, pour yourself a brew or whip up a cocktail like this easy chelada, this summer shandy (because we are so through with winter and excited about warmer weather), or tap into your bougie side with our black velvet cocktail.

Now that we've set the mood, we've got this wonderful beer-steamed shrimp recipe that is light and flavorful. Serve with a side of cocktail sauce or over a bed of pasta and…chef's kiss.

If you're looking for something with a bit more punch to your taste buds, try our NOLA-style BBQ shrimp which is a fun play on shrimp scampi. In this recipe, we use a lager to deglaze the pan and create a delicious sauce that you'll be dipping baguettes into for days.

If you're not a seafood lover, try your hand at these beer-battered chicken tenders, this beer can chicken that can be made in your oven, or these grilled beer-braised brats which are perfect for spring.

Looking for something a little bit heartier? Try our beef and Guinness stew or beef and Guinness pie. Who says they have to be reserved solely for St. Patrick's Day? Not me!

Now, for my sweet tooth folks… the moment you've been waiting for: Guinness Stout Chocolate Brownies. Malty Guinness marries wonderfully with this chocolate-y, fudge-y brownie to create the perfect dessert. A delightful ending to a most wonderful day.
