5 Ways to Support the People of Ukraine Right Now
5 Ways to Support the People of Ukraine Right Now

This number will more than likely increase in the days and weeks to come. Whether you have family and friends who live in Ukraine, or just want to help, there are small ways you can support the relief efforts in this humanitarian crisis. Things We're Reading, Loving, Pondering
If you were a cook during the early days of the internet, chances are you're familiar with Chowhound. The 25-year-old site sadly shuttered last week, and I enjoyed this short reflection of its legacy on Food52. I also loved this story on bringing back ugly flash photos to Instagram, and this story on Eater chronicling the new trend in snacks ("cooked too long"). Also on Eater, I enjoyed this story about Laurel Kratochvila and her efforts with Hamantashen for Ukraine. And lastly, this story on Takeout about COVID-era grocery practices that need to stay helped me reflect on the past two years (goodbye, salad bar).
