We've covered the art of trolling online before, and you all know I'm a fan of the "gentle troll." That's the kind of pranking where nobody gets hurt, and it's meant to be a good natured kind of ribbing. It's not the kind of trolling where people just post inflammatory remarks to get a rise out of other users.
