Get rid of the emotional armor
Too much clutter in your home may also make you feel the need to wear a great number of jewelry, probably to the extent that you may feel half dressed if you go out without it.
Like home clutter, adorning yourself with to much jewelry is a form of emotional armor.
After clearing your home, you are likely to feel naturally inclined to reduce the amount you wear because you feel more confident and able to let the natural "you" stand out.
