Howdy :), it's me, Joe Cosity here!

A hat was passed around a church congregation to take up an
offering for the visiting minister.

Presently it was returned to him... embarrassingly empty.
Slowly, the parson inverted the hat and shook it
meaningfully. Then raising his eyes heavenward, he exclaimed,
"I thank you, Lord, that I got my hat back from this
congregation."
-----------------------------------------------------------

Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double
honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine.
For the scripture saith, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that
treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his
reward. -1 Timothy 5:17

I'm glad you could join me for today's content, and I look
forward to bringing you more next time!

Until then, bye-bye!
Joe Cosity

The Joke of The Day
Work Jokes :: #552
By Simple Sentiments from Pembroke Pines Florida USA.

A young man at this construction site was bragging that he could outdo anyone based on his strength. He especially made fun of one of the older workman. After several minutes, the older worker had enough.

"Why don't you put your money where you mouth is?" he said. "I'll bet a week's wages that I can haul something in a wheelbarrow over to the other building that you won't be able to wheel back."

"You're on, old man," the young man replied. "Let's see what you've got."

The old man reached out and grabbed the wheelbarrow by the handles. Then nodding to the young man, he said with a smile, "All right. Get in."
