Stop Smoking
I smoked cigarettes for at least twenty years before I made the decision to quit.
"I did it this way"
1- For two weeks I told everyone that would listen and "I mean everyone" that if I could quit smoking for two weeks, I'd never smoke again.
2- A short time later on a Sunday morning I made the decision to quit!
3- It lasted one year then I started again and smoked for another year!
4- I tried it again for two weeks I told everyone that would listen that if I could stop smoking for two weeks I'd never smoke again!
5- That was 1983, and I've not had the desire to smoke since!
