Hey Creator, looking for a fun weekend craft?
We've got you covered!
Over the past month, we've teamed up with the non-profit organization, Hearts Need Art, to challenge our communities to make 1,000 handmade hearts that will later be donated to hospitals and patients in need of a little extra love.
So far, an amazing 710 hearts have been donated, but we aren't quite there yet. We need your help to donate 290 more by May 1st!
Participation in this challenge is easy, so here is what you can do to get started:
- Check out our blog post for more information and inspiration on what to create
- Gather supplies
- Create your heart(s)
- Take a picture
- Mail your creation to Hearts Need Art (address can be found here)
- Share the love! Let us know how many hearts you made by posting a picture in our Facebook Group using the hashtag #make1000give1000 or by emailing katiec@createroom.com
We can't wait to see what you create for this amazing cause!
