Make a Grilled Cheese Like the French Do
This French rendition of a grilled cheese sandwich, called a croque-monsieur, combines a creamy béchamel sauce with nutty Gruyère cheese. Eat like you would at a Parisian bistro and serve it with a delicious Niçoise salad and a glass of white wine. (Fun fact: Croque-monsieur translates literally to "Mr. Crunch," which we're obviously obsessed with.)
