 | Hi all! Last week on Web Humor, we explored a hot new free Twitter-based app called "Vine." These six-second videos are like mini-movies that you can easily create with your mobile phone, and some of them are incredibly funny! I downloaded the app myself this weekend and can personally attest that making and watching Vines is seriously addicting.
