Welcome To the Verywell Fit 5-Day Core Challenge!

We're combining the best moves from yoga, Pilates, and calisthenics to work your core from all angles. Here's an overview of what to expect.

Welcome to the Verywell Fit 5-Day Core Challenge!
If you're sitting more than usual these days or just want to add an extra boost to your workout routine, this core challenge is for you!
 
We've combined the best moves from yoga, Pilates, and calisthenics to work your core from all angles—while gaining strength, reducing back pain, and having fun along the way.
 
The full challenge takes place over 10 days and consists of five quick and effective workouts every other day. This pace will give your core muscles a chance to rest and recover between workouts, so you'll feel your best (and noticeably stronger!) at the end of the challenge.
