Things We're Reading, Loving, Pondering
I can't stop thinking about this story on how the air fryer took over our kitchens in The New York Times. (And check out our newbie guide to the small appliance darling, if you recently purchased one.) It was a big week for products you didn't know you needed, like cake mixes from Dolly Parton and ice cream that tastes like your favorite Little Debbie's Snack Cakes. I loved this story from Elazar Sontag all about the future of queer dining and HAGS, a highly anticipated restaurant in New York City. And lastly, my heart goes out to these cookbooks that are now at the bottom of the ocean.
