To combat the muggings, Jack was nominated as "Safety Officer" of the club. People felt he was qualified since he had a rape whistle and the fewest medical restrictions of the group.  Jack hoped to meet some girls in his walking group. He has met females, but they can best be described as "elderly." The group had a really exciting day when a squirrel ran across their path.
