Many members of our Ruff & Purr team have experienced Dr. Schuda's commitment to animals by observing her interactions with our own pets. Watching her work proves that she is one of the most educated and thoughtful vets out there!
Dr. Schuda completed her education at the University of Melbourne in Australia prior to becoming an emergency, critical care, and general practice veterinarian in Southern California. Her dedication to the longevity of her furry friends led her to pursue further training in integrative rehabilitation medicine. Dr. Schuda is certified to practice integrative rehabilitation, physical therapy, and acupuncture. Her approach to medicine includes the use of modern, science-based therapies like photobiomobulation, shockwave, and platelet rich plasma alongside Eastern techniques and supplements.
While current medicine is focused on diagnoses and disease control, Dr. Schuda truly believes that a proactive approach to maintain optimal physical health results in prolonged wellness over the course of our pets' lifetime .
