| | Happy Thursday! These weekly Thursday emails are going to be a bit different now. I'll share what I'm seeing regarding email marketing and copywriting. They'll be full of tips and resources. So without further ado, let's dive in: | | | | | | Campaign Idea - The Answering Qs Email: - Email Examples:
- The Answering Qs Email Example 1
- The Answering Qs Email Example 2
- Purpose/Context of Email:
When I say "answering questions", what I really mean is "handling objections". And that's what your customers mean, too. One of the best things you can do for sales is to make sure that your value props are completely clear. Customers also value transparency, so don't keep anything locked up. Do it like this.
Example 1 is from Olipop. This brand really knows who they're marketing to. They sent this email to give a look into their margins, so no one feels ripped off. I think this is awesome. People don't wanna reveal numbers because they think they shouldn't, but Olipop proves that it actually HELPS.
Example 2 is from Skinceuticals. This brand actually has medical professionals in-house, and they built an email around that. Doctors answering questions on behalf of the brand is such a great strategy and I highly recommend that if you have a product like that. I've seen this work for some of our brands at the agency and it always crushes. Adding that extra layer of trust is crucial for getting people to buy.
