Embrace Discomfort:
Don't avoid challenges. Push yourself for that extra rep at the gym, volunteer for a work project, or try a new hobby. Difficulty precedes growth.

Everything you want in life lies on the other side of commitment. Sign up for a race, join a group, and pursue your passion. Do it today.
