Here's to an even stronger Q4 for your portfolio! 🏆 More bullish on Industrial RE than ever  📈 The consistent macro economic trends of near-shoring and re-shoring manufacturing continue to prove our thesis for the growth of Industrial RE. Now, the elections seem to be doing the same as well.  Both Trump and Harris agree (who would have thought that was possible?) on the importance of bringing manufacturing jobs back to the U.S. American manufacturing has been a hallmark of Trump's campaign. Trump said in a rally speech on August 19th, "Together, we will reclaim our nation's destiny as the No. 1 manufacturing superpower in the world…"   And just last week Vice President Harris unveiled her economic agenda, which focuses heavily on American manufacturing. Quoting Harris from a campaign event on July 18th, "…President Joe Biden and I have created nearly 800,000 new manufacturing jobs - so much so, it's been described as a "manufacturing boom."
