Every day you spend figuring it out alone, your competitors are inside Workspace6, swapping strategies and crushing milestones. | | Happy Thursday! Here's what I'm seeing regarding email marketing and copywriting this week. This edition is full of tips and resources. So without further ado, let's dive in: | | Email Campaign Idea - The Design Your Own Email: | | Purpose/Context of Email:How cool would it be for your favorite brand to have a design you created on a piece of clothing they made and sold to thousands of people? This is a great way to build a solid connection with your audience, and especially the person who submitted the design. Example 1 is from The Dudes Threads. They sent this email calling out for people to submit designs for them to put on tees, and everyone got so excited. This brand likes to push the envelope, and so does their fans. They're giving their audience a chance to get creative and send in their best ideas. Since this brand has sooooo many SKUs, people already know what to expect, and how to get their design printed on a tee. When you have raving fans, campaigns like this are easy.Example 2 is from Maniere De Voir, an up-and-coming fashion brand doing 8 figures. Since they're considered "high fashion", it's a little more difficult to get your design on a hoodie, but it's also more prestigious. As a brand owner, it makes sense to do this in a few ways. It makes your audience feel closer to you, it gives you free ideas when you're at a creative roadblock, and it makes the rest of your audience want to support the person who made your design and buy the hoodie. Definitely do this. Segment:

Find a Focused Audience: Start with a small, highly targeted group of people who share a specific challenge or desire. Broad appeal dilutes impact.
-
Identify a Deep Pain Point: The more urgent and painful the problem, the more willing they are to pay for a solution. Prioritize problems that disrupt their daily lives or goals.
-
Offer a Transformative Solution: Create a solution that delivers clear, measurable results and justifies a premium price. Solve their problem better, faster, or cheaper than alternatives.
Pro Tips: - Validate Early: Don't guess—talk to your audience and confirm the pain point and their willingness to pay.
- Position for Value: Don't just solve a problem—make them feel the ROI is undeniable.
- Iterate for Scale: Once you nail the small group, refine your offer and scale to a larger audience.
Remember: Success isn't just about simplicity—it's about precision. The more focused your target, the higher your odds of success. | | I hope you enjoyed this edition.
