Happy Thursday!
Here's what I'm seeing regarding email marketing and copywriting this week.
This edition is full of tips and resources.
So without further ado, let's dive in: | Email Campaign Idea - The Instagram Plug Email: | Email Examples:

- The Instagram Plug Email Example 2
Purpose/Context of Email:
When was the last time you did a campaign to pump your Instagram numbers? I've talked about this before, but you never need an excuse to get more followers. I used to have a client that had an email list of 20,000, and like 300 IG followers. They did an Instagram campaign every month and had 10k followers within the year, just so they could appear more legitimate. Something to think about. Both of these campaigns come from two COMPLETELY different, but equally effective angles.
Example 1 is from Recess, who I've had on here a few times before. This email, they review their IG posts and make their own comments about each post inside the design. I think this was a really creative way to show off their IG, and definitely made me follow them.
Example 2 is from MacroStax. They went at this campaign in a really creative way and got one of their influencers to do a "takeover", which means this influencer will post for them and answer questions that the audience may have. This is a great way to drive engagement and get people excited across platforms. If there's an influencer in your industry that you could pull this off with, send them some free product and get this process rocking and rolling.

Bad CTAs vs. Good CTAs: | Copywriting Resource #2 of the Week:
Don't Use Passive Voice In Your Copy.
Here's Why: | Marketing Tip of the Week: The fastest way to grow is to keep the customers you already have.
How to Apply This for Your Brand:
Focus on Repeat Purchases: It's easier to sell to an existing customer than to acquire a new one. Make sure your products and experience keep them coming back.
- Example: "80% of our customers buy again within 60 days—because one bottle is never enough."
Build a Loyalty Program: Reward customers for sticking with your brand. Discounts, exclusive perks, or early access to new products keep them engaged.
- Example: "Earn points for every purchase and redeem them for free products or VIP access."
Stay in Touch with Email & SMS: Consistent communication helps maintain customer relationships. Provide value beyond just selling—tips, behind-the-scenes content, or exclusive deals.
- Example: "You loved our organic coffee—here's a 10% off refill before you run out."
Deliver an Unforgettable Experience: Customer service, packaging, and even post-purchase support should make them excited to buy again.
- Example: "Every order includes a handwritten thank-you note because we appreciate you."
Remember: Growth isn't just about getting more customers—it's about keeping the ones you have. Happy customers become repeat buyers and brand advocates, fueling long-term success. | I hope you enjoyed this edition.

P.P.S. Most product recommendation engines are stuck in the past—serving up the same tired "You bought socks? Here's more socks" logic.
They rely too much on what customers have already bought—but that's not always what they want next.
The real opportunity? What they almost bought.
👀 The product they added to their cart but abandoned. 📌 The page they visited three times but never pulled the trigger on. 📉 The trend they're engaging with before it peaks.
Most brands are leaving serious revenue on the table because their recommendations don't reflect real buying intent.
That's why I'm excited about Nacelle's AI-powered Product Recommendations. It doesn't just recycle past purchases—it predicts what's next, helping brands surface the right products at the right time. Be the first to transform your store into a smarter, more profitable experience. Learn more here.
