Hi there, We're thrilled that Grab Green is now part of the Grove family. As mentioned in our email on February 11, we're reaching out to share that we'll soon transition all Grab Green products, email marketing, and active subscriptions (if you have them!) to Grove.com. As a B Corp and Public Benefit Corporation, Grove goes beyond selling products: every order is carbon neutral, supports plastic waste cleanup initiatives, and lets you see and track the positive impact of your choices.
What does this mean for my Grab Green account? Starting on April 21, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. PST ("Transition Date"), your Grab Green customer account will be moved over to Grove. After the Transition Date, if you have not opted out of joining Grove per the below, we will create a Grove account for you, send you marketing communications, and continue to fulfill any active Grab Green subscriptions through Grove.
If you do not want to transition your Grab Green account to Grove, you can opt out by clicking this form link, selecting the "Yes" checkbox, and submitting before April 20, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. PST. This will prevent the migration of your account to Grove. By not opting out by the Transition Date and continuing with a Grove account and services, you accept and consent to the Grove Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Please note that even after the transition, you can delete your account with Grove at any time by submitting a deletion request form. You can keep shopping the Grab Green site as usual until the Transition Date, and at that point we will close the Grab Green site, begin offering Grab Green products on Grove.com, and migrate your account and any active subscriptions to Grove.com.
What does this mean for your Grove.com experience?
Grab Green Rewards → Grove VIP: - The Grab Green Rewards program will not be transitioning to Grove.
- Instead, when your account is created on Grove, you will be granted a FREE 1-year membership to our VIP program ($29.99 value), which includes:
- Free shipping on orders $29+
- Bi-monthly free gifts with purchase
- Exclusive discounts in the VIP shop — and more!
- Your Grove VIP membership will not auto-renew for a second year unless you choose to renew for $29.99/year through your Grove account page.
Shipping: - Your shipping costs will update to align with Grove's current offering.
- For VIPs, orders over $29 ship free and orders under $29 will be charged a $6.99 shipping fee.
- For non-VIPs, orders over $79 ship free and orders under $79 will be charged the same $6.99 shipping fee.
Subscriptions: - If you have an active subscription on Grab Green and you choose not to opt out of the transition, your subscription will remain active on Grove.com as of April 24, 2025.
- Grove will match the current Grab Green Subscribe and Save discounted price of your subscription(s) for the first 3 months of your active Grove subscription. If your subscription remains active after that, you will automatically transition to Grove's standard Grab Green product pricing with the standard Subscribe and Save discount of: 5% off subscriptions.
- Any orders scheduled after the Grab Green site is closed will receive at least 7 days notice through Grove before the order is charged and shipped.
- Please note that if you have a subscription order that is under $29, it will incur a $6.99 shipping fee upon automatic shipment.
Customer Service: - As a Grove customer you are free to make changes to your recurring subscription order at any point up until your order is processed, Grove's Customer Happiness team is unable to edit, reschedule or cancel product subscriptions on your behalf. You'll have until 9:00 p.m. PT on the day before the order date to make any changes to your recurring orders.
- All changes to your order can be made directly in your account, on Web or App. Grove's Customer Happiness team can't make product substitutions on your behalf.
- Grove's Customer Happiness team is available to answer any questions you may have via grove.co/contact.
