Hey there, You can say you "don't have time" to exercise, but if you have an hour to puddle around on social media or Netflix, you also have the time to do a workout or even just go for a walk. Which, by the way, burns a couple hundred calories per hour, is easy on the body, minimally impacts muscle building, and preferentially burns body fat. (GO FOR MORE WALKS!) And while you can say you wish you could be the person you believed you could be when you bought all that produce, if you can track the food you eat every day for a week, you can learn a lot about your eating habits and find easy ways to better align your meal planning to your goals and preferences. And while you can keep looking for that game-changing supplement, if you aren't getting enough sleep or eating enough nutritious food, then the perfect supplement is just a vuvuzela to the face. The moral? Ultimately, we're not products of our circumstances but of our decisions. And the more comfortable those decisions are, the less likely they are to lead to progress and growth. Often, one very uncomfortable decision is more constructive than one thousand cozy ones.
