The "No Run Renegade"
You're a powerhouse. You love the raw challenge of strength and functional movement. You're focused, determined, and maybe you just really, really don't like running. You're all about maximizing effort in the zones. You've got places to be, and they don't involve jogging.
Choose: DEKA STRONG - 10 zones, no running, all business.
