Two guys were riding in a car, arguing about how to say the name of the city that they were in. One said "Louieville" and the other "Louiseville." They went on arguing and arguing, until they came upon a fast-food restaurant. The one guy goes inside and says to the waitress, "Tell me the name of the place where I am right now really, really, really slowly." The waitress goes, "Bur-ger-King."

Save Time in the Weight Room
To save time in the weight room, only lift with dumbells. Why?
Because you do not need a spotter, you work your stablizing muscles better, you do not need to spend time putting weights on the bar, you do not need to spend time taking weights off the bar, and when you do load up the bar to find out your max, you can do more because of the better workout your stablizer muscles received from the dumbells.
