When it comes to how we look and feel about our appearance... It's common to spend a lot of time and energy developing our upper body, especially our arms & shoulders. ...and whether we're looking to bulk up over the colder months ahead, get stronger for projects around the house, or simply just want to grow our shoulder size & strength to look and feel better in general...
