Three races. One epic achievement. Spartan Kids who complete three events in a calendar year earn the exclusive Kids Trifecta award. Any distance counts, and multiple races in one day help them get there even faster. Once they've conquered three, visit the Trifecta Tent to claim their medal. Find your races DEKA Youth: Train, Compete, Conquer DEKA isn't just for adults—young athletes can test their strength, endurance, and grit in in the DEKA Youth division. Designed for kids ages 10-13, these modified DEKA challenges bring all the energy of DEKA STRONG, MILE, and FIT, with weights and movements scaled for their age. Individual and two-person team options are available for youth athletes or adult-youth combos to divide and conquer the course together at all DEKA FIT locations and most DEKA STRONG and DEKA MILE events. Whether they're new to fitness or ready to push their limits, DEKA Youth gives kids the chance to train like champions and cross the finish line stronger than ever. Ready to get them in the game?
