The Plate Drag is all about controlled power and strategic movement. Start by planting your feet firmly for stability, then grip the rope tightly and use steady, explosive pulls to bring the sled toward you.

Engage your back, arms, and core to generate force while maintaining control. Once the sled reaches your feet, transition quickly and drive through your legs as you drag it back to the starting position.

Terrain can make or break your technique—adjust your stance and pulling rhythm based on mud, sand, or grass. Stay focused, keep your grip strong, and power through to the finish.
