3 Tips to Help Lower your Blood Sugar

Hi ,

Was last weekend's Labor Day a little too much? Well this weekend if you have some time at home to relax, try following these 3 tips for lower blood sugar.

Tip #1

Add cruciferous vegetables to EVERY MEAL

Yes, every meal. But how do you add cruciferous to breakfast? I've seen people add shredded cauliflower to their oatmeal, I've seen brocoli in smoothies. A common one is spinach in an omelette but be mindful of Tip #2 when making that omelette.

Tip #2

Stop adding cheese to everything

This is much easier said than done and I know this because I love cheese. The problem with cheese is that it is so high in saturated fat and a huge contributor to insuiline resistance. If you can't do it in one shot, try baby steps and have a little less cheese each day.

Tip #3

Make more meals using legumes

Black beans, navy beans, kidney beans, lentils, these are just some of the many legumes with incredible benefits that can replace meat, provide soluble fiber, and even help support healthy cholesterol and blood sugar levels.

So if you're not out partying or hosting like last weekend or if you have the time to dabble with this weekends diet then try following the 3 tips over the next 3 days and see what a difference it can make.

If you need a little extra help, try incorporating 2 glasses of Herbaly into your routine each day and for ideal results have 3 glasses.

Let me tell you that ever since we released the Wellness Iced Tea in Pitcher Format, I have been drinking so much more tea because of how easy and refreshing it is. I make 1 large pitcher before bed and let it steep over night, and then for the next couple of days I pour myself a glass whenever I get a sugar craving or after a meal.

It's so easy since it's already prepared in my fridge and icey cold.

If you're not into the sweetness of caffeination of our Wellness Teas, try our our Sugar Balance blend. We created this blend with customer feedback in mind so it doesn't have the light sweetness of the stevia and is not caffeinated.

Anyways, I hope these tips have helped and I hope that you get a chance to try them out and see what a difference it makes.

Have a wonderful weekend,

Scott
